Perth Bouncy Castle Hire is seeking for a Team Leader to join our team on a full-time basis.

As a leading provider of fun and exciting entertainment and amusement equipment rentals, we need someone who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our clients.

No two days are the same, and you get to work at some of the most exciting locations in Western Australia. You will always be learning and trying to improve the way we work. We want people who work well in a team, can teach others and are eager to progress through the company.

**Duties include -**
- Managing work sites and staff
- Being the main onsite point of contact for the customer
- Set up and pack down of our equipment
- Responsibility for ensuring safe working practices
- Staff training
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Forklift driving
- Warehouse duties

- Highly organised and detail orientated
- A natural problem-solver and able to think and react quickly when the unexpected comes up
- Learns fast and can grasp the requirements of a job quickly
- Demonstrates ability to supervise staff respectfully
- Strong work ethic, customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely without supervision
- Physically fit, professional and good time management
- Working with children card
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Works effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling and job management

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Driver Licence (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
