**The Role**

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to join our Warehouse team

The key responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following:

- Ensure Inventory up to date online and in online warehouse bays
- Process, pack and send orders
- Fulfil stock requirements from external locations when needed
- Communicate clearly with online customer’s queries
- Proactively manage inventory to improve sales and performance Communicate to the Business development Manager any opportunities to improve and increase sales

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A professional and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and show initiative
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention-to-detail skills

To be eligible for this position you must have:

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong PC literacy and administration skills
- Experience in Shopify, AUS Post and Ready to Ship platforms/systems are desirable
