Our client operating in the Racking Industry, is committed to delivering exceptional end-to-end storage solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to manage their after-sales service processes. This role is crucial in maintaining reputation as a highly trusted storage solution provider by ensuring smooth delivery and installation of the products.

Major duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track all post-sale activities from order confirmation to installation completion
  • Liaise between sales team, delivery partners, and installation crews
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to both sales team and customers
  • Manage installation scheduling and coordinate with relevant teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all after-sales activities in our CRM system
  • Follow up on customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
  • Ensure all service delivery meets BHD's high standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service or project coordination role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word)
