**The role**:
As part of the broader Business & Private Bank (B&PB) function, your role will see you play a key part in the success of delivering Business & Private Banks’ strategic ambition, and, just saying, it’s really an ambitious but achievable strategy. You will be leading our enthusiastic communications team creating and driving best practice internal communications to all B&PB. **Some key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Create, lead and drive best practice internal communications for B&PB
- Collaborate on strategic messaging with Corporate Affairs, other NAB Communication teams, change practitioners, and project managers
- Develop, implement and execute an internal communications strategy and plans for B&PB
- Advise and guide senior leaders on internal and communications strategy including operational and business continuity
- Motivate and coach a team of communication professionals
- Effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders and key delivery partners

**What we’re looking for in our talent**:
You are an experienced Communications leader within the finance sector, experience across B&PB would be a bonus You have a strategic growth mindset, developing and executing communication strategies and you are exceptional in managing and influencing relationships at an Executive Level.

You will bring experience working in a similar role, leading a large-scale complex organisation, coupled with drive and motivation to create a high performing team. You have a passion for helping your team grow and develop their careers.
