**About The Role**

Join our dynamic team as the **Internal Communications and Employee Engagement Manager**, a pivotal role within our organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of OD&C, you will partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver on our internal communications and employee engagement strategies.

You will lead the improvement and development of a range of communication channels and create moments that matter at Grill’d to align people to our purpose and organisational strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in organizing regular events that encourage two-way dialogue between the executive team and team members, ensuring open communication and feedback across the business.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Develop and manage the content plan for internal communication to support the Grill’d strategy.
- Manage internal communications projects alongside stakeholders.
- Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communication channels.
- Plan, execute, and manage the Grill’d employee engagement program.
- Organise and lead regular events that foster two-way dialogue between the executive team and team members.
- Manage leadership engagement activities to connect employees to our leaders.
- Design and deliver workshops to build capability in communication and enable our leaders to run engagement action workshops.

**What We Are Looking For**
- ** A true passion for communications**, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging narratives.
- ** Previous experience in internal communications**, preferably gained in a medium to large-sized organisation with a dispersed population.
- ** Proven experience working in a multi-site company**, understanding the complexities and dynamics of communicating across different locations.
- A deep understanding of the employee experience, with a focus on engagement and culture.
- ** Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills**, with the confidence and ability to influence senior leaders and drive impactful communication strategies.
- A commitment to **encompassing our core values of passion, ownership, and trust** in every aspect of your work.
- In-depth knowledge of the internal communications industry, including trends, tools, and techniques driving improved engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in workshop and event design.
- Ability to cultivate professional relationships at all levels, balancing the needs of various stakeholders.
