The Change Manager, E2E Women in Community is responsible for defining, planning and managing change management activities to support the implementation of end-to-end case management for Queensland Corrective Services (QCS).
The role will lead the implementation of contemporary and best practice change management strategies as well as communications and engagement tactics to ensure the successful transition and embedding of this new way of thinking and working in our corrections environment.

**In this role you will**:

- Plan and execute change management activities to support implementation of endto
- end case management across Community Corrections. Develop and implement contemporary and best practice change management methodologies in collaboration with project leads and the change and communications team across the divisions, to identify and respond to change impacts specific to each location, build change resilience and optimise business readiness. Work collaboratively with the project team, business units, and change champions to socialise, integrate and embed changes associated with the implementation of end-to-end case management. Develop strong working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the agency to manage expectations and support the change process. Support the implementation of targeted communication and engagement strategies to ensure all stakeholders are informed, understand and embrace the changes resulting from introduction of the end to end case management. Provide advice to project and business leads on the change progress, observations and risks associated with the transition to an end-to-end case management approach.
