Change and Engagement Lead

Humanised Group is working with one of their favourite businesses to assist in the recruitment of a Change and Engagement Lead. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual, who enjoys working across coordination, change and communications. You will support the Global Change Manager in leading the engagement and communications work stream for a Global ERP Project.

Duties include:

- Assist the Global Change Manager with project coordination.
- Responsible for building out the communications plan and artefacts, scheduling and coordinating engagement events e.g. Town Halls, Business Reference Groups, Project Stakeholder consultation.
- Support leaders and executives to develop messaging and draft communications.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation at all levels, including 3rd party consultants and vendors.
- Responsible for developing project comms tailored to different stakeholder audiences inception, through drafting, communication strategies to address opportunities, gaps, risks and issues.
- Develop training content and materials.
- Contribute to strategic communications planning including identifying opportunities and gaps.
