**As a Change Lead, you will:

- Deliver, lead and manage the S/4HANA migration project, a complex multiagency program of work, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
- Provide expert strategic and tactical advice and leadership on change management, ensuring all necessary change management elements are embedded in plans and any related impacts are identified and addressed.
- Manage risks and issues that may impact on the successful implementation of the project, including timely escalation within a well-managed governance framework.
- Support and work closely with a wide array of teams to ensure S/4HANA aligns with the strategic direction of the department, business areas, and whole-of-Government, meeting organisational capacity and budget requirements.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure program success
- Manage the monitoring and reporting of project related trends and performance, including progress, financials, and post-implementation reviews, against project plans and schedules.
