**About the client**:
The Australasian Sonographers Association (ASA) is the peak body for sonographers in Australasia. They work as a leading voice representing and advocating for the profession of sonography with a vision to see ‘that a Sonographer is known as the expert in ultrasound across the community.’

**About the role**:
You will provide admin and events support to the wider office and volunteers within each State.

**About the person**:
The role requires a customer-centric, confident, solutions-focused, and professional individual who loves talking to and engaging with people every day. This role would suit an individual who has had previous experience within a customer-focused and administration based role and a passion providing for first class customer service. You will be collaborative and a team player.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain and update member records and member renewals
- Capture member feedback, including issues and complaints
- Maintain the membership database
- Coordinate member events & training, meetings, catering & source venues
- Engage with key internal & external stakeholders eg. Committees & Branches
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office functions
- Management of office equipment and office supplies
- Complete general administrative and ad hoc tasks

**To be successful you will have**:

- The ability to communicate well, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in a customer service, account management, or administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and form good working relationships
- A high-level initiative and strong organisational skills
- Professional, personable, and motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team environment
- Experience using Microsoft office, Excel is a must
