Are you passionate about communications and engagement? We are seeking a Communications and Membership Engagement Coordinator to join a feminist organisation supporting women with disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through effective communication strategies and member engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Communications**:

- Collaborate with the Director of Business Operations to source content and publish the monthly eNews.
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), promoting events, news, awards, and activities.
- Develop and maintain communications manuals, guides, and policies.
- Analyse communication data using Google Analytics 4 to inform strategies.
- Ensure all communications are accessible and adhere to web accessibility principles.

**Membership Engagement**:

- Promote opportunities for members to engage in our programs, policies, and activities.
- Drive membership growth by recruiting new members and managing existing member relationships.
- Prepare and present a bi-monthly membership report for the Board.
- Maintain the membership and contact database using Wild Apricot.
- Coordinate the annual Members survey, collate results, and prepare summaries.
- Support the planning and execution of member events, including the annual Members Event and other industry events such as the International Day of People with Disabilities.
