**We’re seeking an experienced Head of Sales - Northern Region to lead a high-performing team and drive strategic growth across NSW, ACT, and QLD in a fast-paced, adviser-led environment.**

Evidentia Group is the result of a merger between Evidentia, Lonsec Investment Solutions, and Implemented Portfolios - three leaders in managed accounts. Together, we offer innovative investment solutions tailored to financial advisers and their clients.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a senior sales leader to oversee our Northern Region distribution efforts across the retail advice and IFA channels. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, driving regional strategy, and ensuring delivery of Evidentia’s full suite of managed account and investment solutions.

This strategic hybrid role blends leadership and business development, with a strong focus on performance, process, and client impact. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market efforts and support broader business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage and coach the Northern Region sales team to achieve revenue and inflow targets
- Maintain and grow a personal adviser panel, focusing on high-impact relationships
- Drive execution of sales strategy, pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Oversee implementation of national sales initiatives and support RFP responses
- Represent Evidentia at industry forums, partner events, and client engagements
- Monitor sales performance and deliver reporting to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Marketing, and Investment SolutionsLeverage client and market insights to refine adviser engagement and positioning

**About You**
- Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams in financial services or wealth management
- Strong understanding of Managed Accounts, advice processes, and business models
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities across geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM and reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Finance
- Postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA or finance-related) highly regardedStrong existing networks within the advice, licensee, or platform market
