**Your new role**

Whitehorse is seeking to grow its internal consultancy team within the Transformation Division to deliver operating model re-design in collaboration with different service areas.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working on operating model design or in management consulting
- Love co-designing business improvement and strategy
- Understanding change management (human behaviour)
- Enjoys collaborating and having high emotional intelligence
