Your contribution and key responsibilities
- Support the Executive Director with mailbox management of incoming requests, including the coordination of timely responses to Ministerial, Executive and other departmental work group requests. Maintain effective administrative systems within the Regional Services Delivery team relating to financial and human resources and business processes such as correspondence management. Contribute to the effective administration of the Regional Service Delivery team, including the updating of registers and daily task lists, while complying with statutory and departmental requirements. Provide effective cost centre management for the Regional Service Delivery team through the maintenance and review of financial management systems, including activities such as processing invoices for payment and monitoring cost centre expenditure. Oversee and administer records management and information systems. Assist in the delivery and coordination of other business management functions and projects as required. All staff are responsible for identifying, managing and reporting risks relating to their work within the department.
