We partner with clients who deliver thriving social and/or environmental impact. They range from small local community organisations, to big national brands, and include medical research, health, advocacy, social enterprises, education (independent schools and tertiary), arts & culture, sport & recreation, animals, environment & sustainability, welfare, faith-based charities, philanthropic foundations, membership groups, peak bodies, and BCorps.

This opportunity is due to exponential growth and a strong pipeline of retained assignments steadily flowing into Gembridge via referrals, networks, and existing clients. You will build a strong profile, networks, market knowledge, reputation, and portfolio of clients, and complete recruitment projects primarily across Marketing & Communications, Fundraising & Philanthropy and Advancement & Alumni Relations.

You will be empowered to build networks, develop opportunities with new and existing clients, and manage recruitment projects from initial brief and advertising through to negotiating and confirming successful placements.

About YOU:

- Experience in recruitment or HR, with a genuine interest to specialise in the not-for-profit space OR relevant experience in the ‘for purpose’ sector with transferrable skills
- Strong alignment to Gembridge’s values - _Integrity, Curiosity, Creativity, Collaboration and Results_
- Ability to build rapport, be a trusted adviser, and develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive and results orientated
- Commercial acumen, growth mindset and sound judgment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, listening, negotiating and influencing skills
- Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
- Experience in HR, Recruitment, Fundraising, Philanthropy, Marketing or Advancement is highly regarded
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM databases (ideally JobAdder), Outlook, and LinkedIn is required.
