Desktop Support Team Leader

We are seeking a personable Team Leader to join an industry leader in the Healthcare sector. You will be collaborative and approachable with proven experience managing Lv 2 IT Support professionals, you will be a hands-on Team Leader and will be the escalation point, you will have great communication and stakeholder management skills. To be successful you will be a friendly and engaging leader with experience driving a positive team culture. In this busy role, you will be leading a small team of Desktop Support professionals based in their Osborne park office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Daily management of your team
- Provide the SLA report and chair the SLA meeting on a regular basis
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure that systems perform optimally.
- Monitor and report the performance and availability of systems.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate configuration and operations documentation.
- Stakeholder management and regular reporting to senior management to make sure the systems are running to their expectations and liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure that systems perform optimally.
**Skills**:
- Leadership experience of a Desktop Support team
- Ability to manage vendor relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and timekeeping skills.
- You will bring strong practical experience with regard to implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure.
- You will have experience in fault resolution experience in a Level 2 capacity.
- Experience in SCCM, MS SQL Server, basic network troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting, windows server, and desktop
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate configuration and operations documentation.
- Develop, document, and test disaster recovery procedures.
To be successful in this role you must possess a driver’s license and the ability to work in Australia.
