We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our global Marketing Team in a full-time permanent role, based in Brisbane. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for facilitating the execution and ongoing optimisation of full through-the-line marketing campaigns across Australia, Canada and New Zealand, as well as delivering on key growth project areas for the business.

**The opportunity**:

- Support the Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns to agreed strategy and plans, ensuring we execute with excellence across all omni-channel touchpoints
- Collaborate with our agency partners on media planning and execution
- Work with channel teams across eComm, CRM, Product and VM to effectively support the campaign
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver campaign assets, key elements and campaign reporting on time
- Liaise with product/merchandise to gather required assets and coordinate lifestyle and product shoot logistics
- Work cross functionally across the various business departments to develop strong collaborative relationships
- Work closely with the entire marketing function to ensure ongoing alignment and delivery of strategic priorities

**About you**
- Strong digital and content marketing experience
- Demonstrated campaign experience inhouse or agency
- Understanding and passion for customer-led omni channel marketing
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure managing multiple projects
- A critical thinker with strong communication skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Curious, self-directed, self-starter with a flexible nature
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
