Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for investment solutions and client engagement? I am seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join my clients Wholesale Distribution team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful marketing initiatives that connect financial advisers and investment professionals with a diverse suite of funds.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to shape and execute the marketing strategy across investment products.
  • Manage the marketing content calendar and deliver timely, relevant communications to the adviser network.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly EDMs for each investment manager, highlighting fund updates, performance, and thought leadership.
  • Lead the industry conference sponsorship strategy, from identifying opportunities to coordinating participation.
  • Partner with investment managers to develop and distribute compelling content across digital channels.
  • Create compliant marketing collateral including fund flyers, videos, and profiles.
  • Maintain a consistent messaging framework across all fund materials in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
  • Build and manage a document/data room for consultants and researchers, ensuring automated updates via Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ensure high-quality data capture in the CRM to support segmentation, reporting, and campaign success.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ year's marketing experience
  • Proven experience in financial services marketing, ideally within investment management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-impact marketing.
