We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Residential Communities Marketing Team. Join a friendly team of customer focused and innovative marketers who are passionate about their projects. This exciting role supports the delivery of integrated marketing strategies across several Greater Brisbane communities, providing a great opportunity to grow your marketing experience.

**About the Role**
- Support Marketing Managers to execute marketing plans and key initiatives
- Assist with national and local lead generation campaigns
- Support new project launches, land releases and rolling programs
- Implement database communications
- Content development for online and offline channels
- Deliver events working with external agencies
- Participate in brand and positioning strategic development
- Manage collateral design and production
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure a supported and integrated approach to all marketing activities
- Provide support to Marketing Managers to monitor expenditure in line with agreed annual budgets
- Participate in the development of broader marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives
- Access learning and development opportunities and build your career development plan

**About You**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- Marketing experience, including production of marketing materials
- Experience with managing marketing agencies and suppliers
- Project management expertise
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
