**Requirements**:
You'll be responsible for maintaining:

- our client's network,
- minimising costs and budget monitoring
- quality and continuous improvement
- compliance management and,
- meeting our high-performance expectations and KPIs.

As our company expands, you'll face new and exciting challenges, such as recruiting and managing a team of drivers and working closely with our national team to introduce innovative procedures. The fast-paced environment requires self-disciplined and organised individuals to oversee our team as we strive to achieve a gold standard level.

**A few of the serious stuff**:

- 3-5 years experience
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Aware of the ‘working time directive’ and driver legislation
- Numeracy skills
- The individual must possess excellent computer skills (Excel / PowerPoint/Google Suite of Products)
