**The Opportunity**
- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities across various Project teams. This role requires a solid level of accuracy and agility and the ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines

**Key responsibilities include**
- Managing Document Management systems (DMS) for multiple projects.
- Maintaining registers - document and drawing register, work pack register, testing and commissioning registers etc.
- Transmitting of all Design documents and keeping record.
- Create and implement all document Management and Control Procedures.
- Work directly with the Project team to Support day to day document control requirements.
- Create work packs for the constructions team and Maintenance of the construction folder.
- General administration support to the wider project team including filing, printing and other duties as required.

**Requirements to be successful**
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role in a project-based environment
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Team Builder
- Experience working as a member of an interdisciplinary team would be an advantage
- Ability to manage complex deliverables against strict deadlines.
