**About the role**
- Lead a team of specialist ICT resources in a complex and critical enterprise environment.
- Perform day-to-day team management, employing Agile methodology and managing team sprints.
- Investigate and resolve issues raised to the team and operate using ITIL framework.
- Build strong relationships with various business and technical team leads, engaging with them to deliver team outcomes, including facilitating and delivering workshops.
- Coordinate required change and release management tasks for the team, including prioritisation, development, testing, business engagement, and governance.
- Implement and operate mature monitoring capabilities across the integrated environment landscape.
- Conduct service transition activities to successfully transition project developed functionality into BAU operations and support.
- Develop operational processes and procedures.
- Undertake and enforce governance activities and control implementation.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- On-call duties as required.

**Essential criteria**
- Demonstrated experience managing the Software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience using Agile methodology to run and manage team sprints.
- Demonstrated experience managing both business and technical stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce platform.
- Able to remove blockers and clear paths forward for your team members, driving actions through to completion to achieve required outcomes.
- Have a flair for data analysis and system monitoring, and strong process development and documentation skills.
- Ability to balance technical dependencies and business requirements.
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
