Immediate start for a HRBP based south of the river

**Your new role**
This is an opportunity for a HRBP needed on a temporary basis for a public sector organisation based south of the river.

Your duties will include:

- Provide specialist advice, guidance and high-level support regarding sensitive employee relations matters
- Undertake research and special projects as identified in your Key Performance Indicators
- Assist in development, implementation and review of HR Policies and procedures.
- Support the organisation with the ongoing strategic review of role responsibilities and position descriptions.
- Facilitate effective performance management processes and grievance processes
- Provide advice and guidance on organisational change processes and change management.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers across a range of human resource functions including the interpretation of legislation and industrial agreements.
- Conduct or facilitate workplace investigations including making recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and stakeholders partnering with Managers to facilitate cultural change.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful for this role, ideally you will come with a degree or qualification related to HR. You will come with experience in working within a similar role. This role is for an immediate start so ideally you will be available at short notice.
