Our client is a strong player in the Financial Services arena who prides itself on being one of the best places to work in Perth. They are going through a number of huge transformations and need a wiz to join the BP team to assist them through these changes.

**The Role**
This an exciting but challenging role with a highly reputable Australian financial services organisation who are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Business Partner join the team. This is a full-time role based in the Perth CBD.

**Key duties will include**

Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Performance, this role will include a mixture of business partnering and systems administration as detailed below;
- Shared services accounting, management reporting, business performance and KPI reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting across assigned business units
- Business partnering with internal operational stakeholders
- Financial planning and management
- Strategic planning and analysis
- Divisional targets and KPI's
- ERP systems administration and improvement

**About You**

As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- CPA/CA qualified, but would potentially look at someone part qualified, however only under special circumstances
- Experience in the Financial Services sector would be highly regarded. However, your attitude to work and passion for continuous improvement of procedures and processes to improve efficiency
- A strong systems orientation and love getting involved with system improvement and development
- You will be up and in front of C-Suite executives and must be up for the challenge
- Demonstrable strong communication skills and relationship skills
- Experience in project reporting and TechnologyOne is preferred, but not essential
