Geotest is a fast-growing, South Australian based company that specialises in the fabrication of geosynthetic products.

We are looking for a Hands-on OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR with ample experience in factory management and logistics.

This is a FACTORY based position in WINGFIELD South Australia but you will be required to work alongside both factory and office staff.

This position involves the management of resources, acquiring, storing and arranging the transportation of materials and equipment to their required destination.

You MUST hold a full Valid Australian Drivers Licence and a Forklift Licence for this position and be physically strong enough to unload, pack and move large and/or heavy items.

Offering up to $40 per hour, based on Experience.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

About the Role:

  • Sort, clean and maintain machines, equipment, tools and consumables
  • Identify & report broken or malfunctioning machines, equipment and tools
  • Test and Tag (Requires you to attend a Training Course to become certified - We will cover the Course Cost)
  • Correctly store equipment, tools and consumables
  • Regularly monitor stock levels
  • Place orders following office procedures
  • Vehicle and equipment maintenance checks
  • Clean/wash vehicles
  • Carry out basic vehicle maintenance as required
  • Drop off / Collect vehicles & trailers for outsourced servicing and maintenance
  • Collect supplies
  • Unload the delivered materials and supplies
  • Oversee and manage safety and organisation in the factory
  • Raise NCRs
  • Assist with the freight and transportation of materials and equipment
  • Ensure materials and supplies are delivered on time

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • Good communication - both verbal and written
  • Solid reading and writing skills
  • Strong ability to count and record
  • Ability to accurately fill in and submit forms and registers
  • Good physical strength to unload, pack and move large and/or heavy items
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence (essential)
  • Manual driving experience preferred
  • Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Full Rights to Work within Australia
