Due to extensive growth, ORS is expanding and we are seeking an experienced Forensic Psychologist to join the team as our National Manager - Forensic Psychology You will be joining a national multi-disciplinary Allied Health provider with 200+ Psychologists and more than 600 staff nationally working under the NDIS and private sector performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
Your duties will include:
- Providing clinical guidance & mentoring to our existing Psychologists & Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners who working with clients with forensic background
- Reviewing policies and frameworks relating to clinical services to clients with a forensic background
- Providing ongoing training to staff members
- Managing a case load of highly complex clients
- Reviewing reports and QA activities for your team
- Implementing growth strategies for the division
You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, community, and/or ORS offices.

**Learning and Development**
**A few requirements**
- Registration with AHPRA with endorsement in Forensic Psychology
- Extensive experience delivering or managing Positive Behaviour Support & Psychological Services to clients with a forensic background
- Experience in the disability/NDIS sector
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
