**The Opportunity**:
We are currently looking to recruit a Team Assistant (Administrator) to join our Melbourne office on a 12 month contract basis.
Joining as a Team Assistant you'll be responsible for providing proactive and effective general administration assistance across a diverse range of tasks within the Melbourne office. You will work closely with Practice Executives, Lawyers & Senior Associates to assist with the below:
- Document Amendment
- General Administration Assistance
- Monthly Billing
- Business Development
Development within the Team Assistant role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

**About You**:
In this role you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- "Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Demonstrate initiative and strong client focus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Behave in a professional manner, and is personable and approachable at all times.
- Excellent level of technical ability in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
