Bustling, growing electrical & data contracting company located in spacious Mulgrave based offices are looking for a solid allround Office Administrator to join their delightful close knit team. You will be welcomed with open arms as a the newest addition to this professional closeknit company. Work closely with, and report to their delightfully grounded Finance Director. Your day-to-day tasks will vary from answering the phones, liaising with their field technicians, processing orders, receipting deliveries, AR/AP, producing invoices, managing all compliance accreditation registers, liaising with customers and that's just for starters
You will need strong administrative experience and be comfortable in a role that will require you to multitask, work independently and cope with shifting priorities. Numerate, you will bring accounts (AR/AP) experience together with strong record keeping skills with a keen eye for detail and an curious mind set. You will support the field technicians, able to resolve issues and smooth the way, so good communication skills together with a helpful can-do,
_nothing's a hassle_ attitude will be perfect for this lovely varied support role. Strong tech skills across MS Excel and MYOB will be a distinct and preferrable advantage.
