**What you’ll do**
- As an **Access & Enquiry Officer** in our Client Services Team, you’ll:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including mail distribution, data entry, document handling, and vehicle fleet coordination to keep things running smoothly.
- Handle financial transactions with care and accuracy, supporting cash handling, daily reconciliations, and banking procedures in line with compliance standards.
- Champion service quality and team culture, ensuring consistent, values-driven service delivery, while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.

**What you’ll bring**
- A Certificate in Administration, Business Studies, or equivalent experience in a similar customer service or reception-based role.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and a natural ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
- Strong time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office (especially Teams), and the ability to manage multiple inboxes and documentation accurately.
- A commitment to person-centred service, with empathy, professionalism, and the ability to support people of all abilities and backgrounds.
- (You’ll also need a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

**Bonus points for**
- Experience working with people with disability or within the community services sector.
- Familiarity with CareLink, Lumary, or other CRM systems.
- An understanding of the NDIS and broader disability service landscape.
