My Client is seeking a proficient, professional and polished Receptionist for a full time, 4 week temporary assignment in Geelong CBD.

**Your new role**

You will work full time hours (8:45am - 5:00pm), Monday to Friday on site in Geelong CBD. As Receptionist, you will be providing front facing Reception and Administrative support.

Duties include:

- Daily mail administration
- Daily mail scanning into Imogen (mail system)
- Stock and consumable refilling
- Reception support - meet and greet Executives, Board Members and external customers
- Signing in external visitors
- Keeping front of house meeting rooms clean
- External delivery acceptance and administration
- Assisting with temporary access passes
- Security administration
- Assist with facility and contractor bookings
- Calendar entry
- General facilities management inbox management
- Stationery and collateral re stocking and support

**What you'll need to succeed**

As Receptionist, you will possess the following:

- Immediate availability
- Experience in administration including reception experience
- Highly organised, quick / willingness to learn
- Ability to be proactive
- Professional presentation and communication
- MS Office (Excel and MS Teams) proficiency is essential
