**Essential skills and experience required**:

- Must have Medical Receptionist experience. Minimum 2 years.
- Well-presented and punctual with high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- The ability to cover extra shifts if staff are ill or on leave.
- The ability to identify and deal with issues pro-actively
- A problem solver and quick thinker.
- Demonstrate Knowledge with MS office is essential. Especially Excel and Outlook. ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

**Duties Include**:

- Manage reception area through direction of the Reception Manager or Practice Manager.
- Schedule patient appointments
- Billings for the Vascular Specialist
- Answering phone calls and queries
- Greeting of patients
- Processing payments
- General housekeeping duties as per company standards.
- Opening and closing the Practice
- Administrative support when required
- Be on call for sick relief
