Document Controller

**The Opportunity**:
The expansion of Ampcontrol services in Western Australia supports the new company vision to lead the global energy revolution. Ampcontrol is focused on diversifying and growing the business with a key focus on renewable energy manufacturing and supporting our customers in decarbonisation and mine site electrification.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Working with the Service Delivery Teams to determine any specific documentation requirements.
- Ensuring there is a tracking system in place to monitor and manage the document development progress on all active work and tenders.
- Assisting with and providing any administrative and document development support as required.
- Ensuring that drawings and any other related technical documentation is properly managed and controlled between the project, design, and site teams.
- Managing the flow of all technical incoming and outgoing documents such as receiving, recording, distributing, and filing.
- Ensuring compliancy and consistency across corporate documents and record management requirements.
- Liaising with external and internal contractors, clients, and suppliers, and ensuring submissions are consistent with the project management system.

**What We're Looking For**:
Your ability to encourage colleagues to become effective users of the document control system will also be met with the following:

- 3+ years' experience in managing project documentation to a high standard.
- High level of competence in information systems and information database management.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment (Desirable).
- Previous experience with document control tools.
- Experience in resolving problems - both technical and organisational implementation matters.
