**About the role and team**
As a Contract Lead, you'll manage and oversee the successful delivery of Electronic Monitoring contracts with our clients in Australia and New Zealand. You'll ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the contract, including equipment, systems, hardware, and staffing. You'll also play a key role in business development and stakeholder management, particularly during a period of significant transition and upgrades to our technology. This role reports to the General Manager of Justice & Enforcement Services and will involve close collaboration with our offices and vendors in the UK.
- Manage the daily operations of Electronic Monitoring contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and suppliers.
- Oversee the technical aspects of the contracts, including hardware, software, and system maintenance.
- Manage the contract's P&L, invoicing, and billing processes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Electronic Monitoring space.
- Lead the transition to new equipment and manage the logistics of upgrades over the next 3 months, including the Greenfield 14-16 week transition plan.
- Proactively communicate any system or hardware-related delays to clients, ensuring transparency and maintaining strong relationships.
**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in managing and delivering on complex contracts, preferably in the Electronic Monitoring or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the justice system and government agencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid technical understanding of Electronic Monitoring systems and equipment.
- Ability to manage and develop a team of technical and operational staff.
- Experience in business development and growing a portfolio of clients.
