We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Production Team Lead, Contract Manufacturing who has strong communication and interpersonal skills to join Invetech. What you will deliver As a Production Team Lead, Contract Manufacturing, you will oversee the overall performance of the assigned focus factory for Contract manufacturing products. In addition, you will: Co-ordinate activities of production build cells to achieve planned production targets and improve cell’s performance Monitor variables affecting build cell productivity and initiate corrective action and/or continuous improvement Support the investigation and countermeasures of production quality issues Review design & process changes for production readiness Identification of requirements for jigs, fixtures, tools, and production equipment Deliver day-to-day production plan (materials, machines, workforce) and evaluate overall capabilities to drive improvement (QDIP) Supervise the operations of manufacturing personnel to ensure a manufacturing process is within budget and time schedule Ensure compliance with EHS and other company policies and procedures Schedule the maintenance of production equipment and machines to ensure efficient operations Analyze and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or problems What you will bring You will have demonstrated ability and aptitude to assemble and test complex electromechanical devices.
