**Exciting opportunity for a driven, organised and proactive Executive Coordinator looking for the next career move**:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team on an ongoing full-time basis. The role will can be based at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office with hybrid work options.

Our work is spread across NSW, with ten Sport and Recreation Centres, five Olympic Sport Venues and offices throughout the state.

**About the role**:
The Executive Coordinator provides comprehensive executive, administrative and secretarial support services on a range of complex and dynamic matters to support the Executive Director Corporate achieve organisational objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse corporate services environment and be at the heart of decision-making and business impact.

**About you**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in developing and reviewing briefing notes and correspondence.
- Client service focus with proven track record of dealing with internal senior management, key business clients and government stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, prioritisation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, with ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Expertise in the use of office management systems and procedures, including well established proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
