**The Role**:
Our client is an Australian leading food manufacturing company with strong company values. They are a well-known household name.

**Due to growth, an exciting opportunity is available for an Injury management Health and wellbeing Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month contract, with the view to go permanent.**

Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Working in conjunction with the wider injury management, local safety and HR team to identify and implement change in process or provide education that assists with injury prevention and health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide prompt rehabilitation and return to work support for all work related and non-work related injuries
- Being the first point of contact for injured employees
- Identify areas for opportunity and education that would reduce the risk of injury
- Maintaining records in accordance

**Your Background**:

- 2 Years minimum experience in a similar role with prior experience in injury management and return to work
- Claims background preferred
- Minimum Cert IV or Diploma in WHS
- Strong communication, listening and interaction skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
