Arichtectural Building Technician

Rela Group are looking for an experienced Architectural, building technician for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Melbourne, Victoria.
This person will be responsible for the following duties:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop and refine project
designs.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for building permits and construction.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for accurate drafting.
- Revise drawings based on feedback and updates from the project team.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and building construction.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Minimum 2yrs industry experience.
