**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through.

The Scheduler is responsible for the daily administration and service KPIs to support their team’s overall success. The scheduler’s objective is to ensure, healthy and timely administration whilst always focusing achieving excellent customer service outcomes for the Customer (Policyholder) and Client (insurer &/or loss adjuster).

**Key activities include but are not limited to**:

- Initial contact with the insured and triage of new claims.
- Plan optimized schedules for technicians based on job complexity, technician skills and geographical location.
- Scheduling technicians and managing their calendars.
- Updating all stakeholders on attendance times and maintaining accuracy of information on internal tools and client portals.

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated experience with computer-based packages to carry out day to day administrative activities.
- Experience in the insurance industry or restoration industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in high volume administration or call centre.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrates effective communication both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to work with technology.
- Adaptability - remains in control when dealing with difficult situations or changing tasks.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
