**The Role**

**Brighton BMW** now have available an opportunity for an organised, experienced, and self-driven Quality Controller/Dealership Road tester to join the Aftersales team on a **permanent full-time basis.**

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join a team of dedicated professionals who strive to be the best in their field. Your major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee technicians in installing, testing, servicing, and repairing motor vehicles and related mechanical components
- Ensuring all services and repairs conform to Company and Manufacturer standards

**About You**:
You will possess high levels of respect and integrity, whilst delivering excellence in customer service.

Ideally you will demonstrate the following
- Mechanical qualification or equivalent overseas qualification in related trade or AQF III (including 2 years on the job training) or AQF IV
- Current Victorian Manual driver's licence
- Strong mechanical aptitude & knowledge - previous experience in a mechanical role at Master Technician level is desired but not essential.
- Experience with a Dealer Management System is desirable.
- Experience in a Team Leader role is desirable.
- Thorough understanding of workshop performance requirements including workshop loading & technician performance metrics is essential.
- Thorough understanding of customer requirements and ability to translate customer's requirements for the service department.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a sound working relationship with customers, employees, stakeholders, and business partners.
