Our client is looking for Customer Service officers to join their team in North Ryde. They have an excellent reputation in providing high quality and innovative business solutions their clients. They pride themselves on their strong company culture and their high level of service that they provide to their long list of clients.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- take high volume inbound calls - around 60 calls daily
- assist customers with account, sales, technical, product, order and delivery enquiries
- ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
- build long term relationships with customers, clients

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous contact centre or customer service experience in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team and meet KPIs
- Accuracy, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office and good computer knowledge
