Over the last 35 years we have grown to offer a wide range of specialised services, with more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

**The Position**:
Due to recent growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual in the role of Customer Service Liaison Officer, to join our Priority Transport Team, located in the inner Melbourne suburb of Altona North.

The Customer Liaison Officer will ensure our customers receive a service that is prompt, efficient, reliable and courteous, and which is delivered to a quality level that satisfied or exceeds the customers' requirements.

**What you will do**:

- Develop and maintain excellent customer service relations
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Ensure prompt and effective follow up and response to all enquiries
- Arrange for delivery of vehicles efficiently and effectively
- Data entry
- Carry out continuous improvement work process recommendations

**What you will bring**:

- You are a team player with exceptional time management and a high attention to detail
- Friendly demeanour with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
- Customer Service experience preferred

**Nice to have**:

- Experience working in a similar industry advantageous
