Are you a Customer Engagement/ CRM professional with 2 years of experience (ideally agency side), skilled in audience growth/ engagement and data growth?

You will work closely with the Head of Department (in what is a newly created department for the business), meaning it is an exciting time to join this company and to leave your footprint. Your day to day will include:

- Prepare campaigns and strategies to obtain customer/market data.
- Liaise with international teams to execute AU audience campaigns.
- Working with the Head of department, ensuring all activities are tracked through clear reporting and analysis, that is accessible and accountable to the business.
- Provide feedback for wider teams as it pertains to the campaigns and growth of customer base.

A bit about you:

- Reporting, analytics and using data and campaign optics to provide results/improve processes.
- Results driven, with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of the digital media landscape (Facebook, TikTok).
- Friendly and a confident communicator.
- Experience with SFMC a real plus.
- SQL skills desirable.
