Do you get excited by and believe in the ActiveXchange Vision and Mission and wants to learn our value proposition - Office in Sydney Olympic Park with flexible options supporting operations across the globe We are on the hunt for a relationships-obsessed Account Executive to join our growing team in Australia. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnerships ANZ, this is a key role to help grow and generate new revenue in Australia and New Zealand, cultivate long-term strategic partnerships, and increase market share and esteem for ActiveXchange. We’re looking for someone who can utilize their strong industry background, and experience with sales to act as a trusted advisor for our leads and opportunities and enable a collaborative approach to aid their success with ActiveXchange’s unique products and services. - This is a fantastic opportunity to join an already stable business, experiencing solid growth throughout the pandemic in a hands-on role which will take on the responsibility of leading sales in ANZ with the opportunity to grow as the company grows into new markets. To be successful in this role you will **Dr**ive new business sales in line with the agreed budget. In order to achieve this, the accountabilities may include, but are not limited to: - Initiate prospect contact from marketing-generated leads, client referrals and where necessary new prospect lists. - Actively generate lead flow while moving the sales pipeline in accordance with 30 and 90 day targets. - Conduct through needs analysis to develop a clear and easily understood value proposition - Present product, provide demonstrations and issue proposals either remotely or in person where required - Complete sales close process and new account set up for the customer success and product teams **Develop and manage relationships**: - Do your research and demonstrate deep understanding of potential clients' business processes and needs by becoming a "business partner" with our clients. - Clearly communicate our value proposition in line with client aspirations and strategic objectives. - Actively manage networks, attend trade meetings, conferences, seminars, and conventions as needed. **Experience / Skills Required** - Previous experience in/with sport, leisure or government is preferred - Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas. - Experienced and comfortable selling in 30 to 90-day sales cycle. - Ability to articulate the value and relevance of data driven insights, and how this translates into benefits for a variety of stakeholders. - Proven ability to achieve a complex sale which involves multiple decision makers from different departments or levels. - A confident presenter with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Solid CRM Experience (Salesforce preferred) and able to contribute to targeted marketing activity, alongside ActiveXchange’s Marketing Executive. - Self-motivated, with great attention to detail. - Is a ‘Team Player’ - always puts the success of the group above individual success - Manages their time exceptionally well and is able to work independently when needed. - Personal interest in keeping up to date with new / relevant data innovations and technology - Confident and willing to draw on your own experiences. Not shy to speak up when discussing solutions to propose alternative options if you feel they are warranted.
