PLC is a leading ELC to Year 12 Christian independent day and boarding school with a focus on the development of the whole person that includes an outstanding academic tradition, an international outlook and strong pastoral and co-curricular programs.

**The Role**

This is a great opportunity to join a stable, renowned and leading independent girls’ school in Melbourne’s leafy East in a full-time, permanent capacity.

This role will appeal to an outstanding educator, with strong administrative and interpersonal skills, who has a heart and vision for leading an effective wellbeing strategy and outcomes.

The incumbent will bring their expertise to the classroom with a teaching load in Learning Enhancement (up to 0.7 FTE), catering to a range of abilities and supporting our literacy programs.

This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of young students, guiding them to reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing and supportive environment.

**About You**

You’ll be an experienced and highly competent Junior School educator with a proven track record in leading positive educational and student wellbeing outcomes.

You have a particular understanding of the unique needs of Junior School girls and are committed to their holistic development.

Your excellent interpersonal skills, warm and calm demeanour, and ability to thrive and contribute within a highly collegial team environment will ensure your success in this role.
