Client Support Agent- Strata Master

Position Description:

- As a member of the Strata Master Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing front-line support and communicating with them in a confident and professional manner. You will have the opportunity to utilise your Strata and Trust Accounting knowledge to help our clients get the most from our growing product Strata Master.

- Responsibilities- Assist Strata Master clients to resolve support tickets in a timely and effective manner-
- Take ownership of Client issues and proactively follow them up to resolution-
- Record all ticket details including problem and solutions in a CRM-
- Utilise product and accounting knowledge to assist our Clients to more effectively use Strata Master-
- Contribute to product documentation conveying information in a concise and effective manner-
- Assist in the testing of new features and enhancementsSkills and Experience- 1-2 years experience in using Strata Master or a similar Trust Accounting Software-
- Experience working in the strata industry is highly regarded-
- Understanding and experience in Trust Accounting desirable-
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal-
- Proven experience of your problem solving ability-
- Ability to work well within a team environment-
- Strong customer focus and an attention to detail- Benefits:
