**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Manager to join Ventia on the NSW Western Harbour Tunnel and Sydney Harbour Tunnel Asset Management Services Contract.

As a key senior leader on the contract this position will have the ability to influence a market leading, fresh approach to delivery of critical infrastructure. You will require a combination of advanced people and asset management systems knowledge as well as the relevant demonstrated experience and qualifications.

This position is a unique opportunity to deliver on what will become an iconic Sydney asset. Under the contract, Ventia will provide asset management, operations and maintenance services across both tunnels.

**What you’ll be doing**:
This role is accountable for the implementation and improvement of the Asset Management System including AM strategies, maintenance and inspection programs, asset condition and performance data monitoring, reporting, and analysis, asset information management system (AIMS), and maintenance resource planning.

This role is also responsible for leading the Network Asset Management Team in planning, scheduling, monitoring, control activities and coordinating the delivery of Maintenance and Project works on behalf of our client.

**About you**
- Relevant Tertiary Engineering qualifications.
- Robust knowledge of Asset Management and Maintenance principles and standards.
- Proven track record in managing AIMS.
- Understanding strategic outcomes and translating these into delivery in an asset management environment.
