**Your new role**
This company has just won a project worth over $250 million. They will be contracting to a well known Iron ore company in the Pilbara region. This project will oversee the construction of structural earth works to allow installation of new materials handling infrastructure. You will be mobilising the first crew members to this site and taking the project form beginning to end. Your responsibilities will look like the following:

- Reviewing requisitions and raising of purchase orders
- Mobilisation of staff, ensuring qualifications and training are compliant with site requirements, ordering PPE and processing all new starters' paperwork
- Utilising site specific systems such as SAP, Pronto and INX Infight
- Accurate and timely data entry and matching of supplier dockets
- Creation of weekly planning 3 month employer rosters
- Running off flight manifests
- Data entry of all perm and contractor employee timesheets into Pronto

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role you will have the following:

- Previous experience as a senior site administrator or mobilisation coordinator
- Exposure to large, vast civil construction or mining projects
- Excellent systems experience - experience with SAP is essential
- The ability to use your own initiative and work independently is essential as this is a new project
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible with work hours - there may be a requirement for occasional weekend work
