Our Platform Payroll Lead will co-ordinate a small payroll team of 3 and ensure all payrolls are processed in a compliant and timely manner. The team is also responsible for T&A and fleet management. The Platform Payroll Lead will lead and implement process improvements to create efficiency and simplicity and an improved employee experience while working collaboratively across the business.

We offer a hybrid working environment with a mix of working in the office and working from home. Office locations for this role are Chirnside Park and / or Dandenong South.

**About you**:

- Experience in managing a payroll function including process improvement
- In depth understanding of payroll and human resources procedure, laws, taxes and best practice across Australia, NZ and Asia
Ideally experiences with Micropay and Connx
- Highly collaborative and results driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
