Description
- Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing (high volume).
- Drive process consolidation and standardisation across multiple business units.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure payroll compliance and best practice.
- Provide strategic direction to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
- Monitor and report on payroll performance metrics and compliance standards.
- Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Build capability within the payroll team through coaching and professional development.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to align payroll strategy with broader business objectives.
Profile
- Proven experience in payroll leadership with a strong focus on strategic change management.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and governance.
- Experience with payroll systems implementation or optimisation is highly desirable.
- Ability to coach and develop junior team members.
Job Offer
