Scope Accounting is a modern, technology-driven accounting firm based in Brisbane's Bayside. As we continue to grow and enhance the way we support our clients, we're expanding our administration team. We're currently seeking a Reception/Administration Officer to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our valued clients.

About the Role:

In this dynamic and client-facing role, you will be responsible for a range of reception and administrative duties, including:

  • Greeting clients and managing incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Maintaining the presentation of the office and meeting rooms
  • Performing accurate and efficient data entry into our compliance and advisory systems
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

We are looking for someone that is willing to learn and take on new tasks, and appreciates the need for quality, accuracy & professionalism. No job is too small for you.

We are seeking someone who is looking for long-term stability within a growing workspace and who enjoys working to systems and processes and taking on responsibility.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in administration and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, emails, and documentation
  • Strong initiative, common sense, and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and respond promptly to client requests
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
  • Professional personal presentation
  • A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
