**Quick overview of the role**
**What you will be doing?**
- Processing quotes, customer orders and handling enquiries about products and services
- Ensure sales orders are entered and processed in a timely manner
- Compiling and maintaining customer folders/files, complete compliance forms, checklists and reporting
- Creating delivery dockets to assist Transport
- Raising and investigating credit requests
- Processing invoices and purchase orders to comply with Accounts Payable
- Resolve customer complaints
- Attend team meetings
- General administration tasks for the branch
- Previous experience in customer service/administration/sales
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High level of personal presentation
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or construction industry
- Certificate in Business Administration or similar qualifications highly advantageous
